    We’ll walk through your ideas, event goals, and clarify any questions or pricing details so you feel completely confident moving forward.

  3. Contract & Deposit: Ready to make it official?

    Once you’ve decided to move ahead, we’ll send over a contract + invoice. A 50% retainer and signed agreement will secure your date in our calendar.

  4. Planning: Here’s Where the Fun Starts

    Now that you’re officially on our calendar — we’re diving into the good stuff! Think vision boards, planning calls, creative brainstorms, and all the exciting pieces that make your event you. Let’s make some memories.

  5. YOUR EVENT!: Event Day Execution
